'Kinran金らん' Hand made Ken

CAD280.00

Hand Made in the Kanade shop in Kutchan, Hokkaido, Japan.

Made of Ash with kimono and oak veneer centre stripe.

There is no doubt this ash has crazy grain! Showcased especially in the cups, and the tiny hole behind the big cup.

The kimono I chose for the centre stripe was black with golden patterns, and if you look closely you can see tiny bits of gold in it still!

Kinran (金らん): This is the Japanese term for a traditional woven fabric (brocade) that features gold and silver threads.
